New v1.1 Product Features and Marketing Resources

At Virtual Tikkun we release new features into the product on a rolling basis, rather than all-at-once. As a result new capabilities can appear in advance of any public announcement. In this first Newsletter we highlight 2 new features
of Virtual Tikkun 1.1 for you, as well as some upcoming new Marketing initiatives.

We hope that you share our excitement at these new developments. We are always interested in hearing from you – tell us how we are doing, or what additional capabilities or resources you’d like to see. Todah Rabbah!

New feature of the month: Triennial and custom aliyot

Torah practice varies from synagogue to synagogue, with some using (a) the traditional Annual kria, others choosing to use (b) the more recent Triennial cycle, and yet others opting (c) to designate custom aliyot for B’nai Mitzvah. Virtual Tikkun now allows you to view parshiot in any of these three modes. You can also toggle between them as needed.

New benefactor support

Here at Virtual Tikkun we are committed to helping you advance their Torah Experience on all fronts. Too often clergy or EDs need to garner support from congregational benefactors to acquire Virtual Tikkun. To acknowledge the support of these key benefactors, we now offer the ability to create a banner in the application with messaging of your choice to acknowledge funders.

The Virtual Tikkun team attended our first conference this past month when we joined with the Reform cantorial community at the ACC-GTM Conference in Washington DC. It was a great experience! We will be attending a growing number of conferences over the coming year, and we look forward to meeting many of you in person to explore how Virtual Tikkuns of your Sifrei Torah can impact tutoring, congregational leyners, and enhance your Torah Experience overall.

In the meantime, we are introducing a few key Marketing initiatives to help bridge the gap, so that you can experience the value that unique Virtual Tikkuns of your Sifrei Torah can provide.

New live demo

We have released a full-featured Virtual Tikkun Demo site that you can explore to get hands-on with the product. You can access and register for the demo on the Home page.
